Denis Pavlovic – a German-Croatian director and producer from Hamburg, is a

graduate of the Film Academy Baden-Württemberg, a member of AG DOK, a Robert

Bosch Foundation scholarship recipient, and an alumnus of the Documentary Campus

Masterschool.

He has produced and directed over 15 documentaries and feature films of various

lengths, which have been showcased at film festivals worldwide. His projects have also

been invited to numerous workshops and pitchings (including CHANGE - EAVE

Producers/IMS/CPH:DOX, International Film Festival Mannheim-Heidelberg, Max

Ophüls Prize, CPH:FORUM, DOK.Art Munich).

Together with producer and editor Julia Meyer-Pavlovic, he founded the Hamburgbased

film production company "Glass Frog Films," specializing in documentaries for

cinema, VOD, and TV, targeting both the national and international markets. They work

on their own material and collaborate with a growing network of talented directors from

around the world. Additionally, they write, develop, and produce short and commercial

films.

In 2023, Pavlovic served as a jury member for the DOK.fest Munich Student Award.
